The 4th Expert Group Meeting for a proposed International Instrument on Negotiable Multimodal Transport Documents was held on 10-11 November 2021. Dr Alan Davidson was invited to participate in his personal capacity. Central to the proposed Instrument is the concept of a “Negotiable cargo document”.
