The International Dispute Masterclass Beijing will be held on 24-28 October 2016.
The Masterclass will be co-organized by the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific (RCAP), the East Asia Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the Beijing International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) and the International Dispute Resolution Academy (IDRA), with the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) hosting the event. Designed for lawyers, arbitrators, executives and researchers who are involved and interested in international arbitration and cross-border dispute management and resolution, this five-day intensive masterclass programme will develop the understanding of participants in UNCITRAL texts on dispute settlement, focussing on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration, UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Conciliation, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and UNCITRAL Conciliation Rules.
