Join UNCITRAL at the 5th Asia Pacific ADR Conference

The 5th Asia Pacific ADR Conference scheduled for 12 – 13 October 2016 in Seoul, Republic of Korea, is now open for registration at www.adr2016.com.


This Asia Pacific ADR Conference is the 5th edition of the annual flagship event of the UNCITRAL Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Jointly hosted with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea (MOJ), the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Centre (SIDRC), the Conference this year will highlight various important aspects of international arbitration, including review and outlook of international arbitration, international arbitration in different jurisdictions, experts in arbitration, investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS), as well as arbitration in specialist fields such as intellectual property, financial transactions and also climate finance disputes. Prominent international speakers to be featured in the Conference include the President Alexis Mourre of ICC, Secretary for Justice Rimsky Yuen SC of Hong Kong, China, and Justice Steven Chong of the Supreme Court of Singapore.


This is a valuable opportunity for experts, officials, researchers, scholars, and practitioners from the region and around the world to exchange insights and views on ADR.
