Registration Open: International Arbitration in Rising Asia – Hong Kong, 17 October 2016

ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC HK will collaborate to present a half-day conference on International Arbitration in Rising Asia during the HK Arbitration Week.

International arbitration has been increasingly adopted as the key dispute resolution mechanism in the rising economies in Asia. However, the understandings and practices may vary from one economy to the other. The objective of this conference is to share with the audience the latest insights of international arbitration in the rising economies in Asia, including Indonesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, etc..
