Update: Commercial Arbitration Act 2017 (ACT) recognised

The Australian Capital Territory became the 106th jurisdiction worldwide to enact the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. The Commercial Arbitration Act 2017 has been recognised as an enactment of the Model Law, with amendments as adopted in 2006.
